My Story - From Lost in the Maze to Mapping the Way

I didn’t plan to build a business. I was compelled to solve 2 problems that kept me stuck: People and Data. I hit a wall when I realized I was building in the dark — great at execution, but unclear on direction. Well-meaning advice pulled me in every direction.

That's when coaching found me. It became the mirror I needed. I learned to lead with vision, read the room, and turn data into direction. I built a high-performing data team from scratch — recognized as one of my company's best strategic investments. And I coached founders and leaders through the same fog I once navigated.What began as personal pain points became my purpose. I realized that most founders don't have a data problem or a strategy problem — they have a clarity problem. And clarity is the one thing you can't outsource.

  • I combine 12+ years of operating experience in data, analytics, and team-building with certified coaching credentials — and a genuine belief that the best growth decisions come from the clearest minds.

  • I've worked across tech startups, banking, telecom, retail, and luxury brands — always at the intersection of business strategy, data, and people. I built a data team from the ground up that became one of my company's most recognized strategic assets. I've coached individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders through identity shifts, burnout, and high-stakes decisions.
