But the work that changed me most wasn't professional — it was personal. Learning to understand my own patterns, regulate my emotions, and build a life that felt genuinely mine. That journey is what brought me to coaching, and it's the foundation of how I work with every client.

Today I work with two groups of people who have more in common than they'd expect: women ready to stop living by everyone else's rules, and data professionals figuring out who they are beyond their technical identity. Both are doing the same underlying work — getting clear, building confidence, and creating something that actually feels like them.
